It's exciting to see a project start as an idea and then rises to stand in front of me on the street. That's incredible.

What distinguishes Hadassah Academic College from other institutions is the individual connections and personal attention students receive from professors and instructors. There's always direct, honest communication, clear instruction, and students and College staff and faculty are respectful and engaged with one another. At the professional level, students get a clear picture of the job market in Israel learn the ins and outs of their chosen career in both the public and private sectors. Students are taught to design for the future.

Industrial Design is a field which is also closely related to management, and students at Hadassah learn how to take on the many varied management tasks that can come up in different projects and professional situations.

Today I work with a number of design firms as a project manager. I took part in shaping Jerusalem's Light Rail, working on design elements for stations. I've also worked on other public sector design projects, like bus stops design, ecological building design in marine environments, and all sorts of other fascinating projects.

For me, the most rewarding thing about my career is getting to see my designs come to life. It's an amazing thing to see your work jump off the design board and suddenly take shape on the city streets.
