"I started studying at the Hadassah Academic College by chance, I never checked other places, and I just came directly to the college. Looking back I am so happy since I loved the friendly and pleasant attitude of the college. At the Hadassah college, in contrast to other places, they focus more on practical content, on understanding the users and researching properly.
Industrial Design studies are not easy at all; it requires plenty of time and concentration. In order to succeed you need to focus on the studies and dedicate yourself to them and therefore it is difficult to work at a full time and serious job while studying. During my last year of studies I was considering leaving or postponing due to the difficulty of working at the same time, however my lecturer at the department encouraged me to continue – and I did. Today, I am really happy I did. In general the atmosphere is enjoyable, and you can feel that the faculty really cares about the students and provide personal attention. On a professional level – during my internship I could tell that my studies in the college were on a very high level, especially in the technical aspects.
As of today, I work as a designer at the “Keter Plastic” Company in the Life Style division – a division that deals in developing garden, pet and other products to improve quality of life. I completed my internship at “Keter Plastic” as well. I really connect with the desire of developing new top quality products where the emphasis is not just on the sales. The work itself is very interesting, there are dynamic work processes and I deal with many different types of projects. I also teach a course at the Bezalel Art School, called “Human research in a design management environment”, after completing my Master’s Degree in Industrial Design".
