Immediately after completing my degree, I began working as a photographer for Jerusalem's Kol HaIir newspaper. Ever since, I have been doing freelance and contracted photography for Israeli newspapers. I also work on my own photo series documenting life in Israel. Some of my work has been published in major newspapers and magazines, and I have also published a book of my work.
In the course of my studies at Hadassah College I learned a great deal of photography techniques and approaches, and was able to figure out what I wanted to specialize in. Beyond the academics, I loved the heterogeneous student population at Hadassah- I loved having that unique opportunity to mix and make friends with people of all ages and from different social, economic, religious and cultural backgrounds. The course lecturers also came from a wide range of professional backgrounds, and offered us a fascinating scope and diversity of instruction. I also found the student facilities and equipment to be excellent and highly professional.
After graduation, I joined the Department of Photographic Communication as an instructor and worked as an assistant in the studio of Reuben Merton. Today I am working on a number of different projects and have an exhibition of my work currently on show in Tel Aviv.
