Yoav Friedlander | Photographic Communication (B.A), 2011

I started at Hadassah College the year the BA program in Photographic Communication was first opened. When I began the program, I was actually still serving in the Israel Defense Force. During my studies, I loved the combination of technical elements with academic and artistic studies.  Hadassah is a place where every student can express their own art and voice. The thing I most enjoyed at Hadassah was the course on photography development- a professional photographer needs to develop his pictures himself. There were good facilities at the College and excellent professional level equipment. Classes at Hadassah changed my life and made me engage in something meaningful to me that I have a deep connection to. Today I am studying for a degree in photography at the School of Visual Arts in New- York.
