Since the beginning of my career, I've known that the field of management is the best fit for my skills and talents. I am very happy that Hadassah offers an evening study track program, which allows people like me to combine academic studies and full time work. The lecturers at Hadassah are professionals and the academics are of very high quality; it's clear that the program aims to give students the most successful tools for the business world. The learning environment is pleasant and the classes are conveniently scheduled for busy, working students.

In my opinion, the eyes of real benefit to choosing the management field is that it opens the door to a very wide variety of potential roles - both in private business and in the public domain. With this degree from Hadassah, your work options are extensive and the profession does not limit you to a specific occupational field, such as is the case with studies in accounting or law.

Today, my job involves managing negotiations with potential tenants at the shopping mall, and signing lease agreements. I am responsible for managing a budget of millions of shekels, for overseeing ongoing operations of the management company, including marketing departments/advertising, maintenance, security and more. The wide range of responsibilities is interesting, challenging and promotes business thinking and management alike. Because of my job, I am able to develop diverse and interesting working relationships with many diverse businesses.

In conclusion, I am very satisfied that I choose to study in Hadassah's Management of Service Organizations program, and I strongly recommend it.
