“The studies at the College gave me critical experience for the real professional world, providing me with the tools for scientific investigation and clinical research.”

I decided to do my graduate degree at the Hadassah Academic College, a prestigious institution that understands the importance of advanced optometric education in a changing world.

The learning experience was extremely serious. The international faculty was of the highest level, lectures were well organized and engaging, and it was clear that the College had made efforts to attract knowledgeable and experienced professors.

I would like to note especially Prof. [Paul] Harris whose general approach to the field of vision was truly inspiring for me.

The teachers were of the highest caliber and all were highly committed to the students’ success.  They were always happy to enrich the students’ professional knowledge with added perspectives. My special thanks go to Dr. Liat Gantz who accompanied us throughout the final research project. She was always available and labored endlessly in order to help us gain a deeper understanding of the research material.

With my graduate degree, I now carry out clinical research on ophthalmic lenses, vision, and the development of new ideas and products in cooperation with the company’s Optical R&D Division.

My recommendation to students in the field is “Never give up your aspirations. Be persistent and dedicate yourselves to your studies in order to reach your goal. You can always do better!”
