As soon as I had graduated I already had five job offers. My biggest problem was deciding which offer to accept.

I choose Hadassah College for its highly experiential curriculum, good atmosphere and a homely, family-like learning environment. As soon as I had graduated I already had five job offers. Unlike some people who struggle to find work after completing their degrees from major universities, my biggest problem after graduation was trying to decide which job offer to accept. This is a common experience for Hadassah graduates, and I think it is because both the College in general and the Department of Optometry in particular are known for the quality, advanced training and professionalism of their graduates.  I admit that personally as a trained optometrist myself, when I need to go to an optometrist for my own health care needs, I always choose to see a Hadassah graduate.

I'm glad I chose this profession, and I feel a lot of satisfaction in my daily work. Each patient is unique and no day is like another. Optometry involves a lot more beyond adjusting glasses. Improving patients' quality of vision is very challenging and rewarding.
