Dr. Tali Hadasa Blank - Founding Director

Dr. Blank, a Senior Lecturer and Head of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Department of Management of Service Organizations, is at the heart of The Blender. Her research spans radical innovation, entrepreneurship, and team learning. Recently, her work has delved into the dynamics of successful founding teams and the keys to startup innovation and success. With a rich background in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Education (B.A. from Haifa University), an MBA from Bar-Ilan University, and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion, Dr. Blank brings a wealth of knowledge and firsthand entrepreneurial experience to The Blender.

Prof. Michael Berman - Academic Advisor

As the Head of the Computerized Medicine Track in the Department of Computer Science, Prof. Berman's academic journey took him from Tel Aviv University (B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D. in Chemistry) to postdoctoral research in Germany and significant roles at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Joining HAC in 2011, Prof. Berman has been instrumental in linking the worlds of computer science, medicine, and entrepreneurship, further enriching The Blender's interdisciplinary ethos.

Dana Shelban - Programs Manager

Dr. Irit Kornblit - Programs Manager

Dr. Kornblit has a PhD from Bar-Ilan University specializing in discourse on cultural diversity.
Irit was an R&D grants advisor and strategist specializing in European funding for innovation and R&D.
Having lived in Belgium, Argentina, Germany and Israel, Irit is committed to advancing diversity at the Blender and promoting international cooperation as well as reinforcing the local ties with Jerusalem's ecosystem and Israeli industry leaders.

Max Friedman - BizDev and Marketing Manager

One of the pioneers and leaders in the field of community management in Israel. Passionate about cultivating professional communities and understanding the factors that motivate people to actively engage and contribute.

Co-founder of CampusAI, a platform that empowers people to effectively use AI tools in their daily lives, and the "Young Networking" project, which aims to empower youth to pursue entrepreneurship. Consultant and guide for entrepreneurs and community managers in various industries.
