Dr. Tali Hadasa Blank - Founding Director

Dr. Blank, a Senior Lecturer and Head of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Department of Management of Service Organizations, is at the heart of The Blender. Her research spans radical innovation, entrepreneurship, and team learning. Recently, her work has delved into the dynamics of successful founding teams and the keys to startup innovation and success. With a rich background in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Education (B.A. from Haifa University), an MBA from Bar-Ilan University, and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion, Dr. Blank brings a wealth of knowledge and firsthand entrepreneurial experience to The Blender.

Prof. Michael Berman - Academic Advisor

As the Head of the Computerized Medicine Track in the Department of Computer Science, Prof. Berman's academic journey took him from Tel Aviv University (B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D. in Chemistry) to postdoctoral research in Germany and significant roles at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Joining HAC in 2011, Prof. Berman has been instrumental in linking the worlds of computer science, medicine, and entrepreneurship, further enriching The Blender's interdisciplinary ethos.

Dana Selavan - Programs Manager

Dana is a social worker by education and experience. After developing her own venture, she changed course to the filed of innovation and runs the Nevi'im Program and the Strauss Women's Program.

Dr. Irit Kornblit - Director of Business Development & Marketing 

Dr. Kornblit has a PhD from Bar-Ilan University specializing in discourse on cultural diversity.
Irit was an R&D grants advisor and strategist specializing in European funding for innovation and R&D.
Having lived in Belgium, Argentina, Germany and Israel, Irit is committed to advancing diversity at the Blender and promoting international cooperation as well as reinforcing the local ties with Jerusalem's ecosystem and Israeli industry leaders.

Yael Hochoizer - Digital Media Manager

A journalist, an undergraduate student in politics and communications, and a social media manager for businesses.

 Noam Itzkovitz - Operations Manager

Chaim Farber - Haredi Program Director 

With experience in tech entrepreneurship and a background in product management and software development, Chaim bring expertise in innovation, business processes, and product development.
Chaim holds a B.A. in Business Administration with specializations in Information Systems and Marketing from Ono Academic College.
He is passionate about the intersection of technology, creativity, and entrepreneurship, and about empowering students to develop transformative ideas and drive meaningful impact through their ventures.
