Program Goals and Career Opportunities - Computer Science, M.Sc.

Students learn to move beyond basic proficiency and knowledge and onto a new level of higher comprehension, ability and marketability.

The M.Sc. program combines excellence in academic instruction with a focus on research, practicum and on-the-ground opportunities to forge professional ties with local industry. The program is designed for students who hold an undergraduate degree in computer sciences or related academic areas and wish to expand their professional skills and broaden their academic scope in computer sciences. The bulk of the program consists of course work and lectures as well as practical research experience either on-site or with local industry. Students also complete a capstone project (similar to an academic thesis) in fields such as programming, hardware and communications. These impressive final projects are the products of students' own research, conducted in Hadassah College's state-of-art laboratories and in cooperation with hi-tech companies

Scope of Study

The program consists of 48 academic credits taken over the course of four semesters.
Upon completion of studies, the graduates will receive a M.Sc. degree in Computer Sciences.
