מטרות הקורס:
Business communication became a social mechanism for knowledge creation and information exchange among organizational leaders and managers. This course, thus, aims to prepare students to effectively communicate with multiple constituents in their workplace - among colleagues, employees, decision-makers and collaborators - as well as in a dynamic and global environment. Specifically, in the context of service organizations, communicating thorough various touch points plays a major role. Students will explore theoretical concepts and applied tools, while developing communication skills such as writing, negotiating, meeting, interacting and presenting.
The course is based on academic and practitioner-oriented materials, as well as news media. Throughout the course, students are required to actively participate in class, to compose individual assignments and to work in teams.
